The Sian will be undergoing an elevator modernization project starting around May 24, 2024 and completing around May 30, 2025. This will require one of the three elevators to be taken out of service at a time, however, there will always be two operating elevators.

  Highly Recommend this Condo! Ben was great to work with, always great response on questions. The condo was clean, spacious, and spacious. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms was great. It had everything needed to include beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrellas, and cooler! The view was great, looked right down at the pool and also while sitting in living room or on patio a beautiful view of the beach/ocean. Another plus- you have to use a special elevator after pool or beach and this condo is right at end of hall by the elevator. Valet is also a perk and reasonable! I have stayed in many condos within this area and my family will definitely revisit this particular one!

  Of the many beach rentals we’ve experienced, this unit was the most spacious we’ve stayed in. It shows some wear and tear like all rentals do, but was quite clean. The bath and beach towels were plentiful. The kitchen was very well-stocked and the unit supplied 5 beach chairs and 3 beach umbrellas which was great. It’s a short walk to the pool (shaded often) and the beach. The unit needs new shades in the bedrooms- they are cheap and don’t function well. The bedside tables should be replaced as well. There are limited walkable options for restaurants/bars but there are a few options. Overall, we were pleased with this unit however.

  This was a great mini vaca! We stayed in 11R and it is exactly like the pictures you see. The bathrooms are very spacious with rain/hand held showers that were amazing. The rooms have huge closets and the primary has 2. Everything you need like shower/beach towels, beach chairs, blanket and umbrella but you can also rent a chair/umbrella ($20) for the day. The pool is literally an elevator ride and steps out of the condo and the beach is 45 seconds more. The pool has great sunlight until about 1:00 pm. The location is great-near restaurants, Publix, Walmart etc.... You can ride the Circuit for $1 to the Boardwalk (more shops & restaurants) just a few minutes away. Gulfstream Park is 2 miles away and has higher end shops, restaurants and a casino. We ate at Yardhouse there which has a huge beer on tap selection and great food. Overall we would stay here again and Ben was quick to answer any questions we had-thanks Ben!!

  We had a really nice time in 11R. The view is one of the best for this building. The pictures are a little hard to tell but there is another condo building right in front of the Sian, but you do still have an adjacent view of the beach and direct beach access. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. A couple areas of the rooms could use some TLC but that's usually the case with rentals. We had some trouble with the TVs - the one room was missing a remote, the main room didn't seem to have SmartTV capabilities and the other had access to Netflix, Hulu, etc. but wasn't working once we signed into our accounts. We wouldn't have paid much attention to the technical issues if there wasn't so much rain! Overall, it was a really great place for us to stay. Louis at the front desk was so welcoming and very accommodating with us. We had an excellent experience with Mario and Ben from the management company. We received multiple emails/texts leading up to our stay and during our stay to make sure everything was going well. We appreciate the great service and would definitely come back.

  If you're looking for a place on the ocean that is not overly expensive, then this is a possible option. But just be aware of some of the trade-offs before you reserve. Below are pros and cons.
  
  Pros: Balcony with view of ocean; right on the beach; spacious; 2 bathrooms that are nicely remodeled and have rain showers; onsite parking; pool; nice workout room; next to a few bars and restaurants (have drinks at La Terraza and coffee at Patagonia Nahuen Cafe), comfortable beds, big closets.
  
  Cons: apartment has been minimally decorated with cheap furniture and few places to sit; saw 2 small roaches in kitchen one morning (the property manager responded immediately and sent an exterminator that day-we didn't see any more bugs after that); microwave didn't work and an electrical outlet stopped working on the last day; blinds are cheap and very fragile; windows are so old and poorly sealed that the wind whistling through them made it hard to sleep; not enough garbage bags or toilet paper provided; parking has a daily fee, stay requires extra $15 for entry fob; few people actually live in this building—it seems to be solely for VRBO etc. investments, so there's not a very homey feel.
  
  That said, this place met our needs very well as a family with two teens. It had enough room and there were beds for both boys. That's hard to find in a hotel. Two hotel rooms would have cost us a lot more and we'd have had a lot less space. But this isn't really luxurious like a good hotel, so be aware of that going in.

  Nice condo. Very clean. Everything you need is included. We've enjoyed the view from the balcony.The vacation rental management was nice and helpful. The only desapointment is the beach chairs.The pictures show nice beach chairs, but they belong to the hotel next door. Next to those chairs,directly on the beach there's more chairs and beach umbrellas but they also belong the the hotel. Yes you can rent them, but for 30$/day for one chair + umbrella. There were some small chairs in the condo that we could use but be carefull: they are rusty and will ruin your swimsuit. Besides that, I recommand this condo!
