The master bedroom has a two queen beds, flat screen TV. a walk in closet. Spacious bathroom has tub and shower combination. The large dining room table easily accommodates four. Dining room also has seating for 4 at the kitchen counter. The balcony has two chairs and a small table. The kitchen has all new upgraded appliances and basic cooking items. The apartment also has WIFI at no extra charge. There is a fitness center and a beautiful pool, tennis courts and garden area for you to enjoy. There is access to the entire property and some of South Florida's most striking beaches. This is one of the Sunny Isles Beach area's most prominent condominiums and an excellent vacation spot for family, couples or even business travelers. IMPORTANT NOTES: The Ocean Reserve condominium will be undergoing a building wide exterior concrete restoration program starting during the summer of 2025.
